4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
- Use automated systems to access the platform without permission
- Share false or misleading information
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security measures
5. Job Seekers
5.1 Responsibilities
As a job seeker, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your skills and experience
- Complete assessments honestly and independently
- Respond to job applications and employer communications in a timely manner
- Respect employer privacy and confidentiality
5.2 Skill Assessments
When completing assessments or challenges:
- You must complete them independently without external assistance
- Results are used for matching purposes and may be shared with employers
- We reserve the right to verify assessment results
- Falsifying results may result in account termination
6. Employers
6.1 Job Postings
As an employer, you agree to:
- Post only legitimate job opportunities
- Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements
- Comply with all applicable employment laws
- Not discriminate based on protected characteristics
- Respond to candidates in a professional and timely manner
6.2 Candidate Information
You agree to:
- Use candidate information solely for hiring purposes
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate information
- Not share candidate data with third parties without consent
- Comply with data protection laws
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Platform Content
All content on the Evores platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Evores or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
7.2 User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload but grant Evores a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Use, reproduce, and display your content on the platform
- Share your profile and assessment results with employers
- Use your content for platform improvement and marketing (with your consent)

9. Fees and Payments
Currently, basic platform access is free for job seekers. Employers may be charged fees for posting jobs or accessing premium features. We reserve the right to change our pricing with notice. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features.
10.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Misuse the platform
- Fail to pay required fees (for employers)

11. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- The platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Defects will be corrected
- The platform is free of viruses or harmful components
- Job matches will result in employment
We are not responsible for:
- The accuracy of job postings or employer information
- Employment decisions made by employers
- Disputes between job seekers and employers
- Third-party content or services
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Evores SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Evores, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the platform
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another
- Content you submit or transmit through the platform
